As her wedding date approaches,
more details about Wonder Girls’ Sunye special day are made public.
According to reports in local news agencies, Sunye’s January wedding will be
held at the Lotte Hotel in Seoul. 2AM‘s Jo Kwon, well-known to be a
close friend of Sunye and a JYP Entertainment labelmate, is reported
to lead her entourage.
Reports further said that there
will be two parts to the celebration, which includes a Christian marriage
ceremony. Three hundred of the couple’s closest family and friends are expected
to attend.
Jo Kwon, with his experience in
hosting and entertainment programs, as well as his close relationship with
Sunye, is anticipated to create a bright and cheerful mood for the wedding as
the MC.
Sunye has publicly revealed her
relationship to Korean-Canadian James
Pak in 2011 and announced
her engagement on November 27 through a statement from her management
company. The news of her forthcoming marriage gained
much attention because she is the first currently active idol to tie
the knot.
