G-Dragon and his mother helped in the planning and decorating of the suites and named it under Big Bang's songs and his own solo tracks. It was also revealed that an exclusive private room "Crayon" won't be available to guests as it is reserved to G-Dragon and friends only.

The manager of the pension revealed that the family initially developed the area for their vacation home. However, throughout the process, the idea of running it into a pension was inspired by his mother's friends who owns pension hotels in the area themselves.

G-Dragon invested 1 billion won as a gift to his parents while his father runs and lives in the hotel, along with his pet, Gaho. It was also disclosed that G-Dragon recently visited the pension with Taeyang, while label mates 2NE1 is set to visit soon.

However, G-Dragon's father confirmed that only guests over 19 years of age will be permitted in the hotel, stating the the place is not meant for teenage fans to come. It was also emphasised that place was not originally meant to be a commercial enterprise, but for guests who wants a quiet place to stay.

After its opening last week, it was reported that the pension is already receiving reservations from local and overseas fans.

G-Dragon Won’t Allow People Under 19 to Enter Parent’s Pension

It was previously reported that Big Bang’s G-Dragon isn’t just a cool fashionista, but knows how to be a filial son and purchased a million dollar luxurious pension for his parents. It’s also been revealed that he doesn’t want anyone under 19 years of age to enter the property.

G-Dragon Won’t Allow People Under 19 to Enter Parent’s Pension

G-Dragon’s father had an interview with eNEWS and said, “Ji Yong (aka G-Dragon) raised the cost of renting out the place so teen fans couldn’t come. He also wanted older couples to be able to rent the place. The pension isn’t a place for young people to come so he isn’t letting anyone under 19 to enter. Even if their parents come, teenagers and younger can’t make reservations.”

He went on, “Even if there’s a request to hold a fan meeting at the pension, there’s no plans to let it happen. Don’t like the complexity of it and Ji Yong would definitely have a hard time.. making money isn’t our main goal, but Ji Yong wanted us to be able to live peacefully. We don’t strive to have a lot of people come, but only want people who do come to come quietly and have a peaceful time.”

The reporter asked, “Did G-Dragon asked you to work?” The father replied, “That’s absurd. Ji Yong lived a nice and careful life. He wanted us to live a comfortable life. He didn’t mean anything else by the pension.”

G-Dragon's Father talks about 'Dolce Vita'!

“This place is really cool, isn’t it? I think here is heaven. My son helped me in the form of money.

We spent around a billion won to make this place … Room ‘Crayon’ is for Jiyong. He did everything about this room. Like interior and props. … We made this place not for the money. It is the place where Jiyong and I can take a rest very well.

Jiyong have been to here three times. He came with YoungBae and ate grilled meat. There’s place that ppl can ride a duck-boat in front of our pension, he had a really good time there.

They rode a boat and kept smiling. They’re like… real children. I won’t take a reservation for room Crayon for Jiyong. This room is empty for YG family. 2NE1 will come and visit here soon. Maybe YG will visit as well.

“Pension’s name used to be ‘The nemo’ because the pension looks square so Jiyong gave a name ‘The nemo’. (Nemo means square in Korean) But we tried to find better name and then we thought about his tattoo.

It means ‘Sweet life’ and it’s good. About the rooms’ name, it’s Jiyong and my wife’s idea. They wanted most advanced name.”

“I can boast a lot about my son. He has been so kind since he was young. He never disobeys us.He said he wanted to do music, so I said “Don’t forget to study. You have to get good grades more than 80%.” And he got.

Of course he is also a good boy. He’s doing very well to his father and mother. He said he earned lots of money, so he hoped we(parents) would live in comfort and thanked us for raising him. I and my wife have a good relationship, I think that is the reason why my son and daughter are kind.”

“I am so proud to be Jiyong’s father and boast about him to people. I’m so happy to be his father.”

About Bigbang’s incidents in 2011, GD’s father said “I was so distressed at that time, but I think I should be grateful because it’s better than something more serious. But they’re young boys.

Big Bang‘s Taeyang tweeted a photo of Seungri‘s smile, bringing a smile to fans’ faces as well.

In the photo, Seungri is seen smiling widely while he talked to leader G-Dragon. The smile was special to Big Bang fans especially because the member had recently gone through hard times as he had been the subject of much discussion in the media a few times lately. Taeyang’s affection for the maknae of the team seemed to be written in the simple tweet, leaving fans to smile.
