Boom and Yewon make Suzy cry ‘onion tears’ on ‘Invincible Youth 2′

Boom and Jewelry‘s Yewon expressed their feelings to miss A‘s Suzy on the last episode of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Invincible Youth 2‘.

For the November 17th broadcast, the last of the series’ one-year run, the cast members prepared meals to thank the citizens of Daebu Island for their help and support.

Boom, Suzy, and Yewon were assigned to cut onions, and they decided to take some tie to express their feelings about one another.

Yewon jokingly said to Suzy, “I thought Suzy was just pretty. That’s why I wanted to get closer to you, but when I sent a text message, you wouldn’t reply… I was [disappointed and sad].” The miss A member then rubbed onion on her eyes and began crying.

Boom then added, “After filming, I said bye, and I’m sure you saw me, but you grabbed the car door handle and just left. I stood there watching the car leave, and I was hurt,” shedding his own onion tears.

Suzy cried profusely as she stated, “I deserve to die.” Yewon replied, “You can’t die.” The two idols and Boom then quickly reconciled.

‘Invincible Youth 2′ cast members shed tears on final episode

The cast members of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Invincible Youth 2‘ ended their time together in tears.

On the November 17th episode, the hosts and G5 girls wrapped up the last of the show’s one-year run by sharing their feelings and memories from the past season.

The cast members grew teary as they watched a video clip of their first meeting and moments from the past year. Girls’ Generation‘s Hyoyeon shared, “I’m [disappointed] we couldn’t get even closer,” while SISTAR‘s Bora expressed, “The fact that [the show's] suddenly gone… I still feel like I’m going to come to film ‘Invincible Youth’ next week. I can’t believe it. But we’re friends who can see each other anytime, so I hope we do often.”

Jewelry‘s Yewon said, “It’s been two years since I’ve debuted, and for one year, I’ve been with ‘Invincible Youth’. You are all precious to me, and I won’t forget you.” KARA‘s Jiyoung commented, “I learned so much [from being with everyone] the past year. I’m thankful to the cast and crew.”

Like the other G5 girls, miss A‘s Suzy was unable to hold back her tears as she said, “To be honest when I first heard the news that ‘Invincible Youth’ was ending, I was happy because I thought of all the [hard work we did]. But thinking back, I remembered all the good moments we had together too, and I’m [disappointed] that we’ll be leaving each other. I’m the youngest, so I should’ve made more of an effort to get closer to the unnis, but [my personality didn't let me]. I feel like we were just beginning to become one and work together, so I’m disappointed. I want us to contact each other often. I was really happy [during this experience].”

KARA’s Jiyoung reveals that Suzy motivates her to work harder on ‘Invincible Youth 2′

KARA‘s Jiyoung revealed her unique friendship with miss A‘s Suzy.

On the latest and final episode of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Invincible Youth 2‘, Jiyoung chatted with ‘mom’ Lee Young Ja about her friendships with the members while preparing food for the village celebration.

Upon hearing Lee Young Ja share, “With Suzy, it seems like sometimes we’re close and sometimes it doesn’t,” Jiyoung also shared, “Yea. We are close friends, but sometimes I think, ‘Is she really my friend?’”

Jiyoung continued, “When I see Suzy on TV, it seems like she’s not my friend. Honestly, I get motivated. I see Suzy and think, ‘I’m going to work hard like that too.’ She motivates me.”

In addition, Jiyoung picked SISTAR‘s Bora as the member who she feels the most comfortable with and like a true sister.

Meanwhile, the episode showed the members wrapping up their memories in the village for the last time and preparing a meal for the family.

Suzy reveals she had feelings for ‘blueberry man’ from ‘Invincible Youth 2′

The nation’s first love, Suzy, surprised the viewers with a confession.

On the latest and last episode of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Invincible Youth 2‘, Suzy revealed, “My heart fluttered for Blueberry man. My heart was really shaken” while talking about whether the members had ever had feelings for people during their filming. ‘Blueberry man’ was a person who had guested during episode 15, working on a blueberry farm and showing the cast members how to raise blueberries.

Suzy continued, “I fell for the sight of him working hard and having a vision. While talking to my mom, I felt for the first time that it would be nice to marry a guy like this.”

Then she expressed her sadness by adding, “He had a girlfriend and I wish the best for them.”

Bora also shared, “I wasn’t having strong feelings like Suzy but I thought he was a really handsome guy” and confessed her feelings for the infamous ‘Blueberry man’.

miss A‘s Suzy, SISTAR‘s Bora, and Jewelry‘s Yewon showed off their close friendship through a new photo.

‘Invincible Youth 2′ cast members make their own exercise video

On the October 27th broadcast of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Invincible Youth 2‘, the cast decided to make an exercise video.

Comedian Kim Shin Young, miss A‘s Suzy, Jewelry‘s Yewon, and SISTAR‘s Bora united as one team to create their own aerobic exercise routine. The team decided to showcase each idol’s signature dance moves, taking bits of choreography from their hits, “Breathe“, “Look At Me“, and “So Cool“.

Bora created a “mental breakdown dance” for the video, while Kim Shin Young showed off the moves to her infamous “ahjumma dance”.

Also on the same episode, Suzy’s true weight was almost revealed. Boom suggested, “Whoever loses this game of rock-scissors-paper remains on the scale.” The miss A member eventually lost the last round to Kim Shin Young.

Though she tried her best to avoid staying on the scale, Lee Young Ja dragged her on. Suzy’s true weight was then revealed, but the producers of the show decided it was best to censor the number for broadcast.

‘Invincible Youth 2′ shows their support for miss A

miss A‘s Suzy revealed a flower basket sent by the ‘Invincible Youth 2‘ team.

On October 20th, she uploaded the picture onto her personal Twitter and along with it wrote, “‘Invincible Youth’ is the best! +_+ It’s nice that I’m promoting alongside Yewon unni. G6 is the best, Boom oppa is the best, and mom is also the best.”

The flower basket had a ribbon imprinted with the words, “Invincible Youth wishes miss A a successful comeback”.

Fans who saw the pictures commented, ”It’s nice seeing the close relationship between the cast of ‘Invincible Youth,’” and “Yewon, Suzy fighting!”

On another note, the ‘Invincible Youth 2′ team has previously shown their support for the other cast members as they’ve sent flower baskets to Jewelry and SISTAR when their members Yewon andBora started promotions for their groups.

‘Invincible Youth 2′ cast studies for college entrance exam

On a very educational episode of ‘Invincible Youth 2‘, the cast and hosts prepared for college entrance exams.

Celebrity lecturers appeared as guests on the October 13th broadcast to teach MC Boom, Kim Shin Young, and Lee Young Ja, along with Jewelry‘s Yewon, Girls’ Generation‘s Hyoyeon, miss A‘sSuzy, and SISTAR‘s Bora the best way to score high on college entrance exams.

Suzy in particular took care to write down extensive notes, catching the instructors’ attention. Instructor Sul Min Suk told Lee Young Ja, “I think your daughter should pursue her studies.” He further explained that though Suzy is a talented singer, dancer, and actress, she should strongly consider going to university.

Apparently, Suzy’s notes were impressive as the lecturers began talking amongst themselves about her illustrations and examples. Lee Young Ja then joked, “What was everyone’s impression of Suzy [that you're all this surprised]?”

Boom also revealed on the episode, “I took the college entrance exam twice. There was a college I really wanted to go to. I wanted to major in postmodern studies at Kyunghee University. Rain went, but as for me… I tried again, but I wasn’t accepted.”

Suzy‘s middle school graduation picture has been revealed.

The most recent episode of KBS‘ ‘Invincible Youth 2‘ took the members to their hometowns in celebration of Chuseok, and Suzy was excited to visit her hometown Gwangju. Visiting her middle school teacher and reliving fond memories, they spent a meaningful time together looking at her graduation pictures and student records.

Suzy directed the viewers to look at her somewhat comical pose of biting onto a flower in her graduation picture. Suzy jokingly explained, “I wanted to look sexy.”

Her student records showed Suzy’s determination to become a singer even since her childhood. To achieve her dreams, she had worked hard to receive many awards from singing and dancing competitions. Her teacher shared, “She worked so, so hard on school festivals including choreography, planning, and music choices.”

Meanwhile, the episode also revealed Suzy’s handsome little brother. He confessed that he liked IU, and Suzy helped him to talk to his crush on the phone.

Miss A‘s Suzy shared her feelings for her mother on the latest episode of KBS‘s ‘Invincible Youth 2‘..

For the newest episode of the farm-variety program, Suzy visited her hometown, Gwangju, with fellow cast member Boom.

On the way, he asked her how she felt when she went to Seoul from Gwangju. She replied, “I thought that I should try my best. Many of the trainees lived in Seoul and because I came from Gwangju, I could only practice during the weekend. I didn’t even sleep because the time was too precious.”

Then Boom asked her, “How did your family respond when you went to visit after Miss A’s debut?“, she answered with a lump in her throat, “My mom cries every day. She still does.”

The theme of the episode was ‘My Heart’s Hometown’ and all of the cast members – consisting of girls from popular girl groups – spent the day visiting their hometowns, reliving memories past.

[NEWS] miss A’s Suzy reveals her father on ‘Invincible Youth 2′

On May 18th, KBS ‘Invincible Youth 2‘ revealed a picture of miss A‘s Suzy and her dad filming for the show.

Suzy and the rest of the G6 members had their first harvest of the lettuce that they grew themselves and to celebrate, the members invited their families and close friends for a samgyupsal party.

Suzy’s guest was her dad, who traveled all the way from Gwangju in the early morning to Daebu Island to see his daughter. She ran to her father and embraced him right as he came out and could not hide her joy at seeing him.

The two showed a lovable father-daughter relationship throughout the filming. She linked arms with her dad and gave him a tour of the whole set and her dad could not help but smile as he looked at his daughter.

Even when they were off the camera, the two continued to hold hands and shared an enjoyable time bonding. A staff member commented on the two’s relationship saying, “Suzy becomes a baby when she’s with her dad. Even I started to feel good after seeing Suzy being so happy while spending time with him.”
