G-Dragon and his mother helped in the planning and decorating of the suites and named it under Big Bang's songs and his own solo tracks. It was also revealed that an exclusive private room "Crayon" won't be available to guests as it is reserved to G-Dragon and friends only.

The manager of the pension revealed that the family initially developed the area for their vacation home. However, throughout the process, the idea of running it into a pension was inspired by his mother's friends who owns pension hotels in the area themselves.

G-Dragon invested 1 billion won as a gift to his parents while his father runs and lives in the hotel, along with his pet, Gaho. It was also disclosed that G-Dragon recently visited the pension with Taeyang, while label mates 2NE1 is set to visit soon.

However, G-Dragon's father confirmed that only guests over 19 years of age will be permitted in the hotel, stating the the place is not meant for teenage fans to come. It was also emphasised that place was not originally meant to be a commercial enterprise, but for guests who wants a quiet place to stay.

After its opening last week, it was reported that the pension is already receiving reservations from local and overseas fans.
